Welcome to Valley Therapy

At Valley Therapy, the philosophy of "Inspiring Introspection" guides the work that matters most—truly knowing yourself. It is about encouraging and supporting you in the process of taking a deeper look at your life—examining the patterns, challenges, and strengths that define and influence who you are. The goal is to support you in healing and taking action that moves you toward the life you want. Leading to an understanding of yourself in a way that empowers real, meaningful change.

Understanding yourself - where you've been, who you are today, who you want to be - empowers you to create the life you want. Asking yourself, What do I want?  is an often complex question, but it’s worth taking the time to figure out. You owe it to yourself to answer honestly and move toward making it happen.

Dr. Victoria Schroder founded Valley Therapy in the spring of 2024 with a dedication to delivering personalized, expert care grounded in the latest evidence-based psychotherapy practices. Here therapy is never a one-size-fits-all approach. Each session is shaped by your unique experiences, strengths, and challenges, ensuring the work is always focused on what matters most to you. By combining proven, research-backed methods with a deeply individualized approach, therapy becomes the catalyst for meaningful growth. Your experience will be one driven by a commitment to compassion, professionalism, and authenticity.
