Meet Dr. Victoria Schroder
PsyD, LMHC

Welcome to Valley Therapy and Consulting! Meet Dr. Victoria Schroder, a licensed mental health therapist holding licensure in Washington State and founder of Valley Therapy. With an understanding of the intricacies of human relationships and the complexities of individual experiences, Dr. Schroder approaches her work with a holistic perspective with an emphasis on the interplay between mental and physical well-being. Her areas of expertise span a wide spectrum, encompassing relationship counseling, perinatal support, sexual dysfunction, trauma recovery, anxiety management, among others. Central to Dr. Schroder's therapeutic philosophy is the recognition that healing is not a one-size-fits-all endeavor. Schedule a free 15 minute phone consultation. You can use this time to ask questions and explain briefly why you are seeking support.

2. Intake Session

In our 50-minute video session, Dr. Schroder will thoroughly assess your needs and collaboratively develop a treatment plan to address your goals for therapy and healing. 

3. Start Your Healing Journey

Begin meeting with Dr. Schroder to start your journey to address emotional, psychological, and interpersonal challenges, foster personal growth, and promote overall well-being
